Dolphins are some of the earth's most fascinating creatures
and in the Bay of Islands they’re there all
year – except the day I went looking!
The weather is overcast as we board the Great Sights Dolphin
Eco-Experience boat and, despite this area having the warmest
waters in New Zealand, I don’t have my swimming gear for swimming with the dolphins
even though this tour includes a free swim with dolphins!
